The Malachite Kingfisher..

While in Sri Lanka, we went on a boat safari. It was beautiful. We didn't see too much but it sure was scenic. This is a Malachite Kingfisher, endemic to the area. Loved the colors. You will notice a slight shake as it was dark and I had to use a low shutter speed of about an 80th of a second. I'm regretting the slow shutter now, since I could have increased the brightness in post, which would have allowed me to use a higher shutter speed then, but I didn't really think of it at that time. Well, at least I won't make the same mistake the next time.
